Refund policy

We want you filling cones with a machine you're happy with. If something isn't right with your order, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number.

• Cones can't be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items can't be refunded. Only regular-priced items qualify.
• Starter kits, cartridges and the C-ONE can be returned if they're unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email info@humboldtfillingmachines.com with your order number. That's all you need to start a return. For shipping damage or a warranty claim, add a photo of the issue.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Return shipping

For returns for your own reasons, you pay the return shipping and supply the label, and shipping costs aren't refundable. For larger items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Humboldt Filling Machines pays shipping on shipping-damage and warranty replacements and sends a prepaid return label for those returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving your return. There's no restocking fee, and we don't offer store credit.

If you haven't seen your refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, since posting can take some time. Still missing? Email info@humboldtfillingmachines.com.

Shipping damage and warranty replacements

If anything is wrong with your order, we will make it right. We replace anything that arrives damaged or breaks later, from normal use or otherwise. Email info@humboldtfillingmachines.com and we'll arrange a replacement, sent to:

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If something breaks after that, there's no deadline. Just send your order number and a photo. Either way, we pay the shipping and send you a prepaid return label.

Warranty

Every Humboldt Filling Machines product carries a lifetime warranty, for the life of the unit. It covers every piece on its own, including cartridges, the C-ONE, and the VB1 and VB2 tables. If anything breaks, from normal use or otherwise, Humboldt Filling Machines replaces it, for every customer.
