Pre Roll Machine That Fills Cones in About Half the Time of Hand-Filling

Humboldt Filling Machines makes pre-roll machines built around a cartridge. You load empty cones into the cartridge, set it on the electric vibration table, pour your material over the top and tamp. The table does the shaking for you, so one pass fills every cone in the cartridge at once. Then you lift out each cone and twist the end to finish.

A cartridge works as a cone loader and filler in one: it holds 7 to 389 cones per session, so you load and fill many cones together instead of one at a time. Our own estimate is that filling takes about half the time of hand-filling, and a well-trained maker fills about 121 cones in about an hour on a 121X cartridge with the table. Times for other sizes scale from that figure, and they're estimates.
